2. General notes on data processing
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data on this website is processed only to the extent necessary. No analytics or marketing tools are used. All fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server — no connection is made to external font services.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted via Google Firebase Hosting. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When the website is accessed, Firebase automatically records technical access data in server log files:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Requested URL
- HTTP status code
- Data volume transferred
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable provision of this website. Log data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Google Maps
On the "Contact" and "About" pages we embed maps from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The map is only loaded after you actively click "Load map" (two-click solution). Only at that point is a connection to Google's servers established, transmitting your IP address and browser information.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withhold consent by not loading the map. For more information, see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Waitlist
This website offers the option to join a waitlist for the Sally app. We collect the following data:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Language preference (DE/EN)
The submitted data is processed via Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data is used solely to notify you of the Sally launch and is not shared with third parties.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by actively submitting the form). You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an informal email to hello@sacredvalleytech.com ; your data will then be deleted promptly.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website sets only one technically necessary cookie to store your cookie preference:
- Name: cookie_consent
- Purpose: Storing your consent to display the cookie notice banner
- Retention: 365 days
- Type: Technically necessary
In addition, an entry is created in the browser's local storage (key: cookie_consent_log) containing a timestamp and version of your consent. This entry remains locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are set. The legal basis for the necessary cookie is § 25(2) TTDSG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act).

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Waitlist data will be deleted after the Sally launch or upon request.
