You set when you're free and where you'd like to meet — at home, at the office, or somewhere public. When a giver's and a taker's times line up, Sally confirms the handover and sends both of you the details. You never have to message each other.
Something comes up? Tell Sally — she lets the other person know about any change to the meeting.

What belongs in the pool?
Anything wearable and freshly washed. Minor signs of wear are fine, as long as they don't affect wearability — just be fair: describe every flaw clearly and show it in a photo, so the next person knows exactly what they're getting.

The credit system, in short
One Credit stands for one item of clothing — regardless of brand, condition or original price. You earn Credits when your items are picked up, and spend them whenever you discover something new for yourself.
You don't have to give and take at the same time: pass something on today and find your new favourite next month.
You earn a Credit only once your item is actually picked up — listing alone doesn't count. And a Credit is only spent for good once both sides have confirmed the handover.
Your Credits never expire. You just need an active membership to use them — pause, and they wait for you. And if you'd like to take more than you give, extra Credits come in bundles of 5 and 10.
