Everything you need to know.
How does Sally's clothing swap work?
List clothes you no longer wear. When someone nearby picks them up, you earn a Swap Credit. Use that credit whenever you want, for whichever piece you like — no direct exchange, no haggling, no shipping.
Is Sally free to use?
Your first month is free — including 2 Swap Credits to get started. After that, the Shared Closet membership costs €29.90 per year, less than €2.50 per month.
Do I need to ship my clothes?
No. Sally is a hyperlocal app — you see items from people nearby first. Handover happens in person. No shipping, no packaging, no shipping emissions.
What makes Sally different from Vinted or Depop?
On Vinted or Depop you sell — you photograph, negotiate, pack and ship. On Sally you swap: one credit per item, local handover, no money exchanged, no shipping. Sally is not a marketplace. It's a shared wardrobe for your community.
Do I need a matching partner for every swap?
No. The pool belongs to everyone. You don't need to find someone who wants exactly your item — you give something and, independently, take out something else.
When does Sally launch?
Sally launches first in Cologne. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as it begins.
What will Sally do in the future?
Today Sally starts with swapping. Selling, repairing, donating and upcycling will follow step by step — all in one place.
